PULISAA (Introduction) |
|
|
Formed on December 13, 1988 in a meeting of 30 alumni of the Department of library science of the University of the Punjab (PULSAA) has been revived in 2009 with the name of PULISAA (Punjab University Library and Information Science Alumni Association). |

PULISAA (AIMS and Objectives) |
|
- To help the Department of LIS meet its goals and objectives by supporting and promoting its programs
- To promote contact and strengthen effectives relationship among its alumni;
- To conduct continuing education programs likes seminars, conferences, lectures, refresher courses, etc. for the professional development of alumni;
- To act as a clearing-house for placement of the graduates of the Department; and
- To encourage and sponsor research and publications of the alumni

Join PULISAA (Membership Features) |
|
- Any person who has/had been on the roll of the Department for at least one academic year and received a certificate/diploma/degree in Library/Information Sciences form the University of the Punjab or has/had been on the faculty of the Department of Library Science as a whole time teacher shall be eligible for membership of the PULISAA.
- PULISAA membership is for one calendar year from January to December.
- Membership fee is Rs. 200. Per annum.
